Our finished goods
At Kaluzny Bros., Inc., our finished goods are shipped across the U.S. to hundreds of different manufacturers that use rendered animal by-products as their ingredients for products that farmers, consumers, and manufacturers use every day.
The products we render fall into 4 categories: proteins, fats, oils and hides.
Proteins
- Protein meal (commonly known as meat and bone meal)
- Protein meal is used for animal feed, pet food, and fertilizers
Fats
- Animal fats (commonly known as white grease)
- White grease is manufactured for oleochemical use, biodiesel manufacturing, lubricants, and animal feed
Oils
- Used cooking oil (commonly referred to as UCO)
- UCO is used for biodiesel manufacturing, animal feeds, and lubricants
Hides
- Animal hides are sold for leathermaking and pet treats
